PREORDER: Kagami Mochi Sculpture
This is a pre-order, please read carefully before purchasing so you know what to expect.
Item details:
Ceramic version of kagami mochi, a traditional Japanese New Year decoration. This piece has two wheel-thrown “mochi” vessels, hollow with room for storing treasures, and is topped with a handmade citrus fruit sculpture.
Approximate dimensions:
Sculptures will vary in size and shape as each one is completely unique, but all will nest and come as three parts that you can stack and display. These are estimated dimensions based on the last batch I made. Yours might be slightly smaller or larger.
Whole stack: 6.25” tall, 4.25” at the widest point
Citrus: 3” wide with leaf
